I have a semi-private upstairs room with a chair and a sink, at 5880 Faringdon Place in North Raleigh. It is $1,000 a month and that covers all utilities, WiFi, the break room and free laundry on site. It suits a barber or a hairdresser. There is no contract: it runs month to month.

The space
The main entrance to the salon runs through the upstairs room, so you will see my clients coming and going and I will see yours. It is a small building and we work near each other. Some people want that and some people do not, so it is worth knowing before you call.
The terms: no contract, month to month, with one full month’s rent as a deposit. The lock is digital, so there are no keys. For access hours and anything else, text me.
