Three things that help
Come with your hair the way it looks on a normal day.
Not pulled back, and no hat.
Bring a photo of a cut you like, on hair with a color and texture close to yours. Knowing what you do not like helps too.

Are you open on Saturdays?
Normally, no. I work Tuesday through Friday and hold Saturdays for overflow, or for moving appointments if I am out sick during the week.
What is the cancellation policy?
Give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change. Vagaro sends you a reminder 48 hours and again 24 hours before your appointment. A no-show, or a cancellation inside 24 hours, can be charged up to 50% of the service. I have only had to use it a few times.
What should I do before a first curly appointment?
Come in with your hair the way it looks on a normal day. Not tied back, and no hat. I want to see how you wear it before I wash it.
