Policies

All clients of Patrick are strongly encouraged to schedule their next appointment while at checkout. This will insure availability and proper service. Appointments may be canceled or changed by calling the salon during posted hours of reception at least 24 hours in advance. All appointments will be confirmed 48 hrs prior. We reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for any appointment no-show or cancellation not within 24 hours of appointment time.
